Thomas A. Elliot

Partner

Thomas A. Elliot was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1993. He has concentrated solely on matrimonial and family law, practicing at the highest levels, throughout his legal career. Before joining the Joseph Law Group, P.C., Tom was a decade-long partner in another prominent Long Island law firm, Moran, Brodrick & Elliot. Tom has a wealth of experience in all areas of complex matrimonial and family law and handles cases from inception through trial, as well as post-judgment matters and appeals. Peers frequently call upon him for his expertise, both on the law and for strategy.

Tom has extensive appellate experience and has served as appellate counsel on several leading cases in matrimonial law. As a young lawyer, Tom was named one of the Ten Leaders 45 and Under in the field of Matrimonial Law for the Long Island region.
