We often tell our clients that there are four parties to a divorce – you, your law firm, your spouse, and your spouse’s law firm. It is our hope that all four parties can remain rational and reasonable to settle, as that is the best way to resolve your divorce in a timely and cost-effective matter; however, all too often this is not the case.  Under such circumstances, our years of practice and expertise combined with the client’s trust and help allow us to obtain the best possible outcome under difficult circumstances.

In order for us to join together in a successful client/attorney partnership, the client must recognize the value of asking questions, understanding the answers, and then following the advice we are providing.
