Joseph Law Group, P.C. In Brief
We are happy to send you the latest edition of the Joseph Law Group, P.C. In Brief. This month, we share insights learned from an annual retreat to a monastery aimed to improve our service to clients. We strive to take the lessons we have learned at the monastery and make a positive impact on each client that we serve.

Living a Life Full of Gratitude
For the past ten years, I have joined colleagues from all over the country at an annual retreat at a monastery in Cambridge, Massachusetts. While skeptical at first about how spending a few days at a monastery would strengthen my practice, this annual event has provided thoughtful insight on how to better serve my clients.
My time at the monastery has moved me to recognize that in order to provide the best possible service to my clients, I must be in the best place possible personally. Living a life filled with gratitude has been a crucial lesson I have learned from the monks during this trip. For our clients, in the darkness and despair of divorce or other family law matters, it can certainly be easy to lose sight of the good that remains in your life.
At Joseph Law Group, P.C., our hope is that we can not only guide you to the best possible outcome in your case but also help you find the goodness and hope that remains.
Managing Partner, James P. Joseph, was recently invited to lecture to the Nassau County Bar Association Matrimonial Law Committee.
