Meet Our New Team Member
Joseph J. Bracconier III, Associate
Mr. Bracconier values family first and foremost. He chose to practice family law to help families navigate the legal system. His goal is to help every client minimize the stress and damage the legal process will have on their family, particularly their children, while obtaining a fair resolution that allows them to move forward successfully in their lives.
Mr. Bracconier received his B.A. in History from James Madison University in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he was the Chapter President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and a member of the American Association of Justice Trial Team, which competed and won the New York Region in 2008. During this time, Mr. Bracconier also participated in the Child and Advocacy Clinic, where he represented children in neglect proceedings and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases. Before joining our firm, he was an associate with a well-known matrimonial firm on Long Island.
Mr. Bracconier practices law in New York and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He has extensive experience in the matrimonial and family courts of New York City and Long Island. While away from the office, he spends most of his free time with his wife and two children, Madeleine and Joseph.
