What You Should Know About Prenuptial Agreements
You may be surprised to learn that September and October are the most popular months for people to get married. This trend has resulted in an increasing number of requests for prenuptial agreements at our firm over the past few weeks. Waiting until the last minute to engage counsel not only creates unnecessary stress on the couple but also can make it difficult, if not impossible, to accomplish one’s goals. Enforcement issues may arise if the document is ever needed.

Massapequa Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot
Each year, Joseph Law Group, P.C., and our friends and colleagues at Foley Griffin LLP are proud to organize and sponsor the Massapequa Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot charity event.
The race was founded by both firms in 2010 as a way of giving back to our community and supporting the fight against all blood cancers. The event has become a wonderful Thanksgiving morning tradition for nearly 2,000 of our friends and neighbors. All proceeds are donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS). Over the last few years, we have been fortunate to raise more than $30,000 for the LLS.
