There was a great opinion piece that was in the newspaper this weekend about the benefits of a 50/50 shared custody arrangement for this particular couple. The author, Amy Shearn, raved about how positive this split custody arrangement has been for her, her former spouse, and for their children. She even went so far as to suggest that married parents should give this a try.
