Joseph first came to the attention of the team at Joseph Law Group, P.C., in 2017, when he represented the spouse of one of the firm’s clients in a particularly complicated and challenging matter. He quickly impressed our team with the all too rare combination of professionalism and advocacy. It was abundantly clear that he was a skilled litigator and a worthy advocate committed to helping his clients achieve successful outcomes without incurring unnecessary legal fees.

Joseph values family first and foremost. He chose to practice family law to help families navigate the legal system. His goal is to help every client minimize the stress and damage the legal process will have on their family, particularly their children, while obtaining a fair resolution that allows them to move forward successfully in their lives.

Joseph received his B.A. in History from James Madison University in 2004 and his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Joseph was the Chapter President of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and a member of the American Association of Justice Trial Team, which competed and won the New York Region in 2008. During this time, he also participated in the Child and Advocacy Clinic where he represented children in neglect proceedings as well as Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) cases. Prior to joining our firm, Joseph was an associate with a well-known matrimonial firm on Long Island. Joseph practices in the areas of Matrimonial and Family Law, Child Custody and Support.

Joseph is admitted to practice Law in New York and has extensive experience in the matrimonial and family courts of New York City and Long Island. While away from the office, Joseph spends most of his free time with his wife and two children, Madeleine and Joseph. He is an enthusiastic sports fan and a Disney Vacation Club Member.
